O serviço social na universidade comunitária de Santa Cruz do Sul: aspectos históricos e atuais da formação / Social service at the community university of Santa Cruz do Sul: historicaland current aspects of formation

O presente artigo apresenta a história do Curso de Serviço Social da UNISC, que está completando vinte anos de existência, além de tecer articulações com a formação em Serviço Social na contemporaneidade. Entendemos que construir uma abordagem sobre a historicidade formativa do Serviço Social nesta instituição de ensino superior, implica realizar um aprofundamento daquilo que o Serviço Social possui de acúmulo, de trajetória, de experiência, tecendo articulações acerca da formação em Serviço Social. Para tanto, organizamos este itinerário em três momentos: primeiro, buscamos mobilizar a memória da qual o momento atual do Curso de Serviço Social da Unisc é herdeiro, enfatizando sua trajetória histórica, sua gênese, seus desafios, os profissionais formados pelo curso, as pesquisas de Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso realizadas, os docentes envolvidos neste percurso de praticamente duas décadas; em seguida, focalizamos na formação, nos Projetos Político Pedagógicos que fizeram parte desta história e nos campos de estágio; e, por fim, argumentamos acerca das contribuições do Curso de Serviço Social para o contexto regional, com base nos projetos de extensão e nas pesquisas realizadas. Como sintetizações, reiteramos as diferentes contribuições do Curso de Serviço Social, durante vinte anos, em âmbito local e regional, por intermédio da formação de inúmeros acadêmicos, de projetos interventivos, de pesquisas, de projetos de extensão que incidiram diretamente nas diferentes realidades sociais.(AU)

This article presents the history of the Social Work Course from Unisc, which is about to celebrate its twenty years of existence, on top of weaving articulations with the formation in Social Work in contemporary times. In this sense, to build an approach on the formative historicity of Social Work in this higher education institution, it implies a deepening of what Social Work has accumulated in trajectory, experience, weaving articulations about the formation in Social Work. To this end, we organized this itinerary into three moments: first, we seek to mobilize the memory from which the current moment of the Unisc's Social Work Course is heir, emphasizing its historical path, its genesis, its challenges, the professionals graduated from the course, the researches for the Completion of the course Essays, the teachers involved in this journey of almost two decades; as a second emphasis, we focused on training, on the Pedagogical Political Projects that were part of this history and the internship fields; and finally as a third element, we reasoning about the contributions of the Social Work. Course to the regional context in which it is inserted based on extension projects and researches made. As synthetizations, this article reiterates the different contributions from the Social Work Course during twenty years at local and regional level through the training in Social Work of innumerous academicians, intervention projects, researches, extension projects that directly affected the different social realities.(AU)

Formação em serviço social: um destaque para a experiência de estágio curricular obrigatório / Training in social service: a highlight for the obligatory curricular training experience

A formação em Serviço Social ao longo dos tempos foi se modificando e com isso necessitando permanentemente de uma formação qualificada. Seguindo essa necessidade, o presente artigo tem como centralidade a formação em Serviço Social tendo como base a experiência de Estágio Curricular Obrigatório, sendo esta de fundamental importância no processo de formação profissional. Para elaboração deste artigo, levou-se em conta a prática de estágio realizada no Hospital Santa Cruz, que ocorreu no segundo semestre de 2016 até o primeiro semestre de 2018, onde foi aplicado um projeto de intervenção na maternidade do referido hospital. Ao longo do texto serão apresentadas notas sobre os desafios da formação em Serviço Social enfatizando o estágio curricular na trajetória acadêmica bem como os desafios presentes na formação desta categoria profissional.(AU)

The training in Social Work over the years has been changing and with this constantly requiring a qualified training. Following this need, this article has as centrality the training in Social Work based on the experience of Mandatory Curricular Internship, being this one of fundamental importance in the process of professional training. In order to elaborate this article, we took into account the internship practiced at Santa Cruz Hospital, which occurred in the second semester of 2016 until the first half of 2018, where an intervention project was applied to the maternity hospital. Throughout the text will be presented notes on the challenges of training in Social Service emphasizing the curricular internship in the academic trajectory as well as the challenges present in the formation of this professional category.(AU)

O ensino superior em serviço social no início do século XXI: um olhar desde a sociedade do espetáculo / Higher education in social work at the beginning of the XXI century: a look from the society of spectacle

Este estudo objetiva produzir um campo de problematizações acerca dos desafios atuais que o Ensino Superior em Serviço Social vem enfrentando. Almeja sumarizar inquietações investigativas referentes ao Ensino Superior circunscrito em uma profissão cuja formação, no início do século XXI, se reconfigura de maneira acelerada, complexa e, como propomos aprofundar neste estudo, direcionada à "sociedade do espetáculo". Deste modo, toma-se como questão investigativa: Quais são as tendências do Ensino Superior em Serviço Social no início do século XXI? O que vem sendo engendrado no interior desta trama? Do ponto de vista metodológico, propõe-se a realização de um recorte analítico priorizando uma leitura diagonal dos dados obtidos junto ao Cadastro e-MEC. Compomos um levantamento dos cursos de graduação em Serviço Social no estado do Rio Grande do Sul enfatizando aspectos que fazem referência ao período de início dos cursos nas Instituições de Ensino Superior, as denominações das Instituições, a modalidade do Ensino, as vagas autorizadas, a situação do curso e a nota do Exame Nacional de Desempenho dos Estudantes tecendo contrapontos com a percepção teórica da sociedade do espetáculo desenvolvida pelo escritor francês Guy Debord. Encaminha-se, de forma preliminar, para o posicionamento estratégico da perda da qualidade do Ensino Superior, a acentuada mercantilização deste Ensino na entrada do século XXI, a decadência de Instituições de Ensino Superior presenciais. Do ponto de vista teórico, afirma-se que esse cenário tem sido reforçado em nosso tempo na medida em que a sociedade do espetáculo se intensifica.(AU)

This study aims to produce a field of problematizations about the current challenges that Higher Education in Social Work has been facing. It aims to summarize investigative concerns regarding Higher Education, which is limited in a profession whose formation, at the beginning of the XXI century, is reconfigured in an accelerated, complex way and, as we propose to deepen in this study, directed to the "society of the spectacle". In this way, it is taken as an investigative question: What are the trends of Higher Education in Social Work at the beginning of the XXI century? What has been engendered within this plot? From the methodological point of view, it is proposed to perform an analytical cut prioritizing a diagonal reading of the data obtained from the e-MEC Register. We compose a survey of undergraduate courses in Social Work in the state of Rio Grande do Sul emphasizing aspects that refer to the period of beginning of the courses in Higher Education Institutions, the denominations of the Institutions, the modality of the Teaching, the vacancies authorized, the situation of the course and the note of the National Student Performance Examining counterpoints with the theoretical perception of the society of the spectacle developed by the French writer Guy Debord. The strategic positioning of the loss of the quality of Higher Education, the marked commercialization of this Teaching at the entrance of the XXI century, the decadence of presential Institutions of Higher Education, is referred in a preliminary way. From the theoretical point of view, it is said that this scenario has been reinforced in our time as the society of the spectacle intensifies.(AU)

Dimensões históricas das relações entre educação e Serviço Social: elementos para uma revisão crítica / Historical dimensions of relations between education and Social Work: elements for a critical review

Este estudo apresenta um conjunto de referências históricas acerca da relação Educação e Serviço Social, objetivando resgatar interfaces de origem das duas áreas do conhecimento e perceber como foi se estabelecendo a articulação entre a Educação como política pública e sua vinculação ao Serviço Social. Tomamos como materialidade investigativa referenciais teóricos da Educação e do Serviço Social e indicamos que, na constituição histórica das relações entre ambos, ocorrem significativas mudanças de ênfase nas racionalidades políticas e nas formas de intervenção, muito embora o debate sobre as proteções sociais e o combate às desigualdades seja uma constante.

This study presents a set of historical about the relationship Education and Social Work, aiming to rescue source interfaces of the two areas of knowledge and notice how it was establishing the link between Education as Public Policy and its linkage to the Social Work. We take as reference theoretical investigative materiality of Education and Social Work and indicate that, in the historical development of relations between both occur significant changes of emphasis in political rationalities and forms of intervention, although the discussion on social protection and the tackling inequalities it is a constant.
